I have a 7 year old springer spaniel named Morgan. Although Morgan is a very good lad, he, as with most spaniels, is very excitable. In the last 3 years I’ve had (now) 2 sons and going on walks was impossible as when Morgan sees another dog, he apparently forgets to hear me and just wants to be friends with the other dog, which is a real struggle when juggling a baby and a toddler too.

Working with Jazz and Nadia has been fun and easy, which is surprising because I was skeptical about online training. But being based in Cornwall and them being based near Lincoln it wasn’t an option to do in person training, however i can’t believe the results, Morgan’s really progressed and I can finally walk him and my sons together without worrying what trouble he will get himself into.

I would highly recommend them as they are patient, knowledgeable and somehow know what the dogs going to do before the dogs even done it!

Wow! From our initial consultation, to our first Scent Club session. I was hooked, but also just enjoying watching what a dog does best or is it the extra treats? 😂. Have been working with Jazz for the past 8 months, and she clearly knows what she is talking about. The training is delivered so clearly, using her vast knowledge & expertise But it’s also the way she talks to you, and her sense of humour.

With the creation of Ergonomic Dogs with Nadia, who we have worked with a few times now. What a great partnership with no ego’s.

I don’t normally often recommend services, but I felt strongly about this. Both recommendees were also hooked from their first Scent Club session. So the proof is in the pudding.

Not only do we have 2 great trainers, but the friendly/supportive Scent Club Community is a bonus too. So our weekly Sundays sessions is our favourite time of the week.

Thankyou both for all the support for Team Lando 🧡.

Rosie—our golden Labrador, now four years old and thriving. We originally bought Rosie for a family member, but the timing wasn't right. My own family had fallen head over heels for her, so I agreed to keep her—on the condition that they would help with training and care. Needless to say, that didn’t happen.

As someone who'd never had a puppy before, I found myself struggling. Rosie’s recall wasn’t bad, but being the sole caretaker when everyone was out all day—and then being expected to walk her alone—really wore me down. The lead-pulling during walks was the tipping point. I dreaded it. What should’ve been a joyful experience became a source of stress and resentment.

Then we found Jazz. Her support was a lifeline. The online format worked brilliantly for our busy lives—advice over the phone, video tutorials we could revisit anytime, and her detailed analysis of videos we sent of Rosie. She helped us decode Rosie’s behaviour, understand her needs, and shift our responses accordingly.

What surprised me most was how Jazz helped not just Rosie—but me. Her compassionate approach transformed my perspective. I went from feeling resentful to feeling connected. I began to appreciate Rosie’s unconditional love, and I genuinely enjoy our walks now. Her guidance even inspired my husband and daughter to get more involved, bringing us together as a family.

Looking back, the experience taught me a lot about dogs—but even more about myself. Rosie and I are in a great place now, and I couldn't have done it without Jazz. Her patience, insights, and accessibility made all the difference.

Thank you, Jazz, for giving us the tools not only to train but to bond. You helped turn our struggles into something truly special.

We have a four-year-old labrador called Dexter. He's our first dog and when we bought him as a puppy, we hoped he would be a therapy dog in schools. However, as it turns out he's not a fan of a lot of fuss or children, but he is super smart and built for scentwork. We have worked with Jazz and Nadia for the past three years. Joining the scentwork club has helped us to make the most of his skills, have fun and meet with a fantastic group of dog trainers and other owners.I've also attended Nadia's workshop about the human factors affecting dog training and also Jazz's canine first aid workshop, both were packed with accessible and valuable information.

Being Dexter's owner has had its challenges, and last summer I worked with Nadia, coaching, to build my confidence in taking him out and about. These sessions were delivered by Nadia in a thoughtful, knowledgeable way and with great empathy.

I would highly recommend Ergonomic Dogs to help both dogs and humans to get the most from life together.

5 stars ladies! Booked a 4 week online package with Jazz very easy to contact, book and pay for.

Jazz was wonderful in helping and guiding me to get back on track with my sweet but adolescent gsd Annie as we were losing our way a little bit and I needed help in reviewing and refocusing.. Will be continuing to train with these ladies .

The online package worked really well for us with lots of WhatsApp chitter chatter about anything and everything to do with her, reviewed videos and zoom calls were incredibly helpful. Thank you Jazz and Nadia

Our Dog Bentley was quite boisterous and easily excited but Jazz was brilliant and with online training she taught us how to react to Bentley so he was calmer.

Jazz is passionate about helping and training dogs and I would highly recommend Her and Nadia.

5 stars from me and Bentley

Jazz was originally recommended to me by the breeder of my brand new, snuggly puppy Rottweiler Maggie. Within a few weeks of getting this lovely bundle of fluff home I was already regretting my life choices and wondering what I had actually let myself in for!

I had an initial conversation with Nadia who was so kind and reassuring that my feelings were perfectly normal and this sharp toothed land shark that had taken over every aspect of my life was indeed trainable - well at least it would be with Jazz on my side!

Over the last year I have worked with Jazz online, via (regular and sometimes lengthy) what’s app messages and.voice notes and more recently via some face to face sessions and she has been phenomenal! Not only is she kind, incredibly knowledgeable and patient but she also has a way of understanding your specific needs. The needs of your dog and your situation, realising that what works for one may not necessarily work for another. It is not out of the box training but very tailored and understanding of what you actually want to achieve.

I not only have a very well rounded and stable Rottweiler thanks to Jazz and Nadia I also have the tools to continue working on her quirks and the support at the end of the phone if I need it.

Jazz helped me work with my dog Lola who is a German Shepard Rottweiler, who was struggling with dog reactivity.

Within just 3 weeks and 4 sessions Jazz managed to help me work with Lola immensely and has helped me know how to work and improve on Lola and catch ques of reactivity before they happen.

Within the sessions Jazz managed to get Lola from not being able to be around dogs without trying to charge at them or bark, to on the last session walking alongside one of Jazz’s dogs and not reacting while multiple other dogs and situations happened.

I couldn’t recommend Jazz enough, she was great to work with and put everything into simple terms that I could understand and showed me why my dog was acting the way she is.

Thankyou Jazz for all the help and cannot wait to show you how much more Lola has improved.

I have a female German Shepherd, Ava, I got her at 6 months. I have had Shepherds before but Ava was by far the most reactive dog I have ever had. She was almost uncontrollable and would react to everything and from such a long distances, it was sometimes difficult to even see what she was reacting to. She was never aggressive or scared, just excited, but that still meant taking her for a walk was really hard work. I tried all sorts but nothing worked, until we met Jazz.

Jazz understood both Ava and I from the start. She helped me to understand Ava and build on my bond with her. Initially working on engagement and then putting that into practice on walks.

Each week we built on the previous week and I always felt she was there if needed. Training is not a straight line and if we did have a bad walk she would remind me how far we had come. She also pushed me to go to new or busier environments, which has worked wonders.

Thanks to Jazz, Ava and I now get out and about every day, going further and further afield exploring which Ava loves, she has been on holiday and was even invited into a restaurant the other day! Most of all Ava and I have built a really strong bond together and are now loving getting out.

Could not recommend Jazz highly enough.

I came to dog protection sport completely brand new to it, with a non-traditional breed (my Miniature Bull Terrier), and Jazz was brilliant from the very start. She adapted her teaching style to suit both me and my dog, rather than trying to fit us into a one-size-fits-all approach.

The sessions were great fun, really clear, and confidence-building, and Jazz was incredibly supportive outside of sessions too while I worked through the tasks we were set. Nothing ever felt rushed or overwhelming.

Jazz is hugely knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in both the handler and the dog. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Fantastic. My dog Reg is a Spanish greyhound, a galgo, and they are notorious for being untrainable. Within ten minutes of working with Jazz, Reggie was responding to commands and astounding us with his understanding of instructions.

Reg now comes to recall and is a much more manageable dog.

The sessions with Jazz have totally changed our lives. 100% recommended.

My 3-year-old German Shepherd, Major, was SUPER reactive. The lunging and barking at other dogs was becoming unbearable, and outings were stressful for both of us. I felt lost and didn’t know what the right next step was for us.

When I reached out to Ergonomic Dogs, I was met with support, understanding, and zero judgment from the very beginning. I started working with Jazz, who took the time to really understand Major, explain the “why” behind his behaviour, and create a clear, manageable plan that was tailored to what we needed. Training sessions were a safe space, and I always felt comfortable being open about the challenges we were facing.

Not only has Major stopped reacting when he sees other dogs, but our relationship has been completely transformed! By helping me understand his behaviour and his needs, he’s now so much more engaged with me when we’re out. We’ve built a bond based on trust and clarity, and it’s changed everything for us.

There aren’t enough words to describe the impact their support has had on us. I would 100% recommend Ergonomic Dogs to anyone struggling with their dog. Jazz and Nadia are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and they genuinely care about both the dog and the owner. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us!! The change in Major, and in our relationship, has been life-changing. So much so that we continue to work with the team and have now started sport, something I never thought we would be able to do!
