Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Honestly amazing - We have used Ergonomic Dog training to help with our young crazy lab who we was struggling with, we couldn’t walk him without constant pulling, dragging us to other dogs and it was a nightmare ! They have helped us with him walking constantly by our side and getting so much better everyday! They have constantly messaged us to check in and when we needed help gave us plenty guidance and offered so much support! We are going to continue using Ergonomic dogs for help keeping our Lab calm during a new baby coming into the house! 100% recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was originally recommended to Jazz by Craig Ogilvie when Oakley and I began our detection work, and it genuinely turned out to be one of the best recommendations I could have received.

Jazz is an exceptional trainer and an incredible mentor. She has supported us through every aspect of our detection journey, both face-to-face and through video calls, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Whenever I have a question, she gives her time generously, working through it with me, offering detailed feedback and helping me find practical ways forward.

What really sets Jazz apart is the way she thinks about dogs and training. Having worked with a number of trainers, I can honestly say that her knowledge, experience and ability to understand both the dog and the handler are exceptional. She never simply tells you what to do; she helps you understand what is happening, why it is happening and how to adapt your training accordingly. She always sets you up to succeed and has an incredible ability to give you the confidence boost you need at exactly the right moment.

Now that Oakleigh and I are working operationally, Jazz remains the person I turn to, not only for detection work, but also when I want to explore behavioural cases or talk through something involving another dog. Her insight is invaluable, and I always come away from our conversations having learnt something new.

I absolutely love working with Jazz and learning from her. She has the knowledge, the experience and that rare ability to see the dog in front of her. She has played an incredibly important part in our journey, and I will continue working with her for as long as she’ll have us!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. amazing trainers, jazz massively helped me with my very reactive German shepherd and we went from not being able to go for 10 min walks without a complete meltdown to being able to hike with him after around 3 months. Would 100% recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I did the 4 week package with these guys. All I can say is that Rosie ( fox red labrador) and I have gone from strength to strength. Had recall issues and I just can't believe the confidence I have with her now off lead. Her on lead was always good, it's the off lead recall I wanted support with and Jazz has helped me by adding simple layers into the training system that I never would have done. (You only know what you know).
I can't sing the praises of these guys enough. If you have problems with your dog or dogs these guys really do know what they are doing and will get you results. Not only would I recommend them, I would use them again myself.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My 3-year-old German Shepherd, Major, was SUPER reactive. The lunging and barking at other dogs was becoming unbearable, and outings were stressful for both of us. I felt lost and didn’t know what the right next step was for us.

When I reached out to Ergonomic Dogs, I was met with support, understanding, and zero judgment from the very beginning. I started working with Jazz, who took the time to really understand Major, explain the “why” behind his behaviour, and create a clear, manageable plan that was tailored to what we needed. Training sessions were a safe space, and I always felt comfortable being open about the challenges we were facing.

Not only has Major stopped reacting when he sees other dogs, but our relationship has been completely transformed! By helping me understand his behaviour and his needs, he’s now so much more engaged with me when we’re out. We’ve built a bond based on trust and clarity, and it’s changed everything for us.

There aren’t enough words to describe the impact their support has had on us. I would 100% recommend Ergonomic Dogs to anyone struggling with their dog. Jazz and Nadia are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and they genuinely care about both the dog and the owner. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us!! The change in Major, and in our relationship, has been life-changing. So much so that we continue to work with the team and have now started sport, something I never thought we would be able to do!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came to dog protection sport completely brand new to it, with a non-traditional breed (my Miniature Bull Terrier), and Jazz was brilliant from the very start. She adapted her teaching style to suit both me and my dog, rather than trying to fit us into a one-size-fits-all approach.

The sessions were great fun, really clear, and confidence-building, and Jazz was incredibly supportive outside of sessions too while I worked through the tasks we were set. Nothing ever felt rushed or overwhelming.

Jazz is hugely knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in both the handler and the dog. I couldn’t recommend her more.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic. My dog Reg is a Spanish greyhound, a galgo, and they are notorious for being untrainable. Within ten minutes of working with Jazz, Reggie was responding to commands and astounding us with his understanding of instructions. Reg now comes to recall and is a much more manageable dog. The sessions with Jazz have totally changed our lives. 100% recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jazz and Nadiya are both really friendly and offered non judgemental support with our dog who struggles with reactivity. They have given us lots of tools to work on it. We are still struggling with the reactivity, but they have given us a really good foundation to start building on.
Their WhatsApp support was really useful as well
Thanks!
